Sauna Event
A quiet sauna is a time to return to our natural human rhythm.
Morning Silent Sauna Bath
In Finland, conversation has always been secondary in the sauna.
Once inside, people generally do not exchange many words.
A quiet sauna is a time to return to our natural human rhythm.
Silence moves through the space and sinks into the skin, bringing back to the body the feeling of simply being, without the need for words.
Even when shared with others, it is still a quiet time within each person’s inner world — a time to listen closely to scent, the flow of air, the beat of the heart, and one’s own thoughts.
